Orders & payment

How do I place an order?
Add the suit to your cart, check out with your name, full address and an active phone number, and choose Cash on Delivery. We confirm your order before dispatch.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.

Are the suits stitched?
No. All suits are unstitched 3-piece sets (shirt, dupatta or shawl, and trouser) so you can tailor them to your own size and style.

Delivery

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Sales, public holidays, bad weather and remote areas can add a few days.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?
Yes. You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Do you give refunds?
We offer exchanges rather than refunds. If your chosen replacement is unavailable, you can pick another item of equal value.

Who pays for exchange courier charges?
Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Product care

How should I wash embroidered suits?
We recommend dry cleaning for heavily embroidered pieces, or a gentle hand wash in cold water. Iron on the reverse side.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our suits as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
