Changed your mind or received something that isn't right? You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- It must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Sale and discounted items can be exchanged, subject to availability.
How to request an exchange
- Email infobareezepk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason.
- We confirm the exchange and share where to send the item. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
- Once we receive and check the item, we dispatch your replacement.
Good to know
- We offer exchanges rather than refunds.
- If your chosen replacement is unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value. Any price difference is paid by the customer.
- Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
